Courses and trips are date coded. That means that they are automatically added to the Calendar when entered in the database. It also means they are automatically removed from the Calendar when the starting date passes. This keeps the Calendar from getting too crowded and keeps the time to load the Calender shorter.
Some items, such as holidays, vacations, and DEMA are manually added and will remain for a set length of time. Eventually they come off also.
